Here's a couple of photos taken from my kayak while paddling North Bay, Scarborough on one of the very few good days recently. The building is The Sands apartments - a project HMA has worked on over the years, initially producing virtual reality illustrations and animations to help get planning permission and then a website to help sell individual apartments. Most are sold now but you can still get a penthouse apartment with a sea view for £360,000. Tempting...
